Obviously, this is a huge personal accomplishment for a very dedicated team member, but it’s truly something much more. It’s a sign of our commitment to providing you with easy access to air and water quality experts, when you need them. It’s proof positive that when you enter your question into that live chat box at our online store, your question isn’t being routed to goodness-knows-where, or simply getting lost in no man’s land. And finally, it’s a symbol that we’re never too busy to help walk customers like you through questions either large or small.
When congratulating Heidi yesterday, she shared that not only did she hit her 10,000 mark, but she also successfully completed 60 live online chats with our customers in under two hours!
Everything about today’s announcement makes me well up with pride, both in our team and in the loyalty of thousands of customers who trust us to be their air and water filters provider. And, of course, to answer their questions quickly whenever an issue arises.
